Download a model in Magnitude, then open Connections to configure your agent. Magnitude supports Pi, OpenCode, Hermes, OpenClaw, Codex, Claude Code, Oh My Pi, and Cline.

Connect an agent

  1. Install the agent using its official instructions.
  2. Find it in Connections and click Connect.
  3. Open or restart the agent and choose a Magnitude model.
Connecting configures the agent; it does not launch it. Keep Magnitude running while you use its local models.

Connection states

Connected means the configuration is present and valid. It does not mean a model is currently loaded or that an inference request has succeeded.

Refresh or disconnect

Use Reconnect to refresh a connected agent’s Magnitude configuration. Use Disconnect to remove the Magnitude connection. Restart the agent if it still has the old settings loaded. The connected card lists its configuration files. Prefer the app’s actions over deleting the agent’s configuration: those files may also contain unrelated settings.
